At Centli, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why we offer 30 days to request a return from the delivery date. Like any serious store, some conditions apply, which we detail below, to protect both our customers and the quality of our products.
Conditions for a return For a return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging and intact seal.
- In the same condition as received.
Products that DO NOT accept returns For hygiene, health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for products that are opened, used or have a broken seal, especially:
- Creams, gels, lotions, and any skincare product.
- Deodorants and antiperspirants.
- Soaps and personal hygiene products.
- Personal care products in general.
These products can only be returned if they arrive sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Important regarding results Personal care, cosmetic, and wellness products may yield different results for each person. Returns or refunds are not accepted for dissatisfaction with results, as these depend on the use, consistency, and individual characteristics of each customer. All product information is available before purchase.
Damaged or incorrect products We check and pack every order with the utmost care. If you still receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
How to request a return Write to us at contact@getcentli.com with your order number and the reason. Once approved, we will tell you the steps. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of our error.
Refunds Once the returned product is received and inspected, and confirmed to meet the above conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
