RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Centli, we want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why we offer 30 days to request a return from the delivery date. Like any serious store, some conditions apply, detailed below to protect both our customers and the quality of our products.

Return conditions To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • In the same condition in which it was received.

Non-returnable products For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products, especially:

  • Creams, gels, lotions, and any skincare products.
  • Deodorants and antiperspirants.
  • Soaps and personal hygiene products.
  • Personal care products in general.

These items can only be returned if they arrive closed, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Important note about results Personal care, cosmetic, and wellness products may produce different results for each person. We do not accept returns or refunds based on dissatisfaction with results, as these depend on usage, consistency, and each customer's individual characteristics. All product information is available before purchase.

Damaged or incorrect products We inspect and pack every order with the greatest care. If you still receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to request a return Email us at contact@getcentli.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll provide the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of our error.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet this policy.
